Director

With over 20 years supporting tech industry executives, Wendy creates processes that encourage efficiency and productivity. Prior to VillageUp, she has served as a business analyst in Operations, Sales Planning and Strategy for Dell.

Jennifer Neeley
Media Director

A deeply experienced specialist in digital and influencer marketing, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing all digital content and marketing components of the program.

Kirsten Trusko
EVP Bank Relations

A prepaid card industry veteran and former financial services consultant for KPMG, Kirsten is overseeing all bank-related components of the initiative. 

Newell Arnerich
EVP, Government Strategy

Mr. Newell Arnerich, is a six term Mayor of Danville (CA) over the past 25 years while serving on the Danville Council. He serves on a variety of local and statewide committees. Newell is a keynote speaker who has been invited to speak on 5 continents about leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. He is a Director at several Innovation/Start-up incubators in the USA & China as well as a professional architect and urban planner. He earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees from UC Berkeley where he also taught for 2 1/2 years.
